Check before
you submit.
We review tender responses against the procurement documents to identify omissions, inconsistencies, formatting issues and compliance risks before the submission deadline.
A final tender needs to do more than read well.
Our compliance and QA review checks whether the submission follows the buyer's instructions, addresses the questions and remains consistent before it is finalised.
Check the submission against the requirements.
We focus on the practical requirements that need to be checked before the tender is finalised.

Review the content as well as the compliance.
A structured quality assurance review checks whether the response is clear, relevant, evidenced, specific, consistent and appropriately presented.
Quality assurance throughout the bid lifecycle.
Our QA approach can incorporate structured review stages throughout the bid lifecycle, helping identify strategic, content and compliance issues before they reach the final submission.
Pre-proposal strategy & capture validation
Conducted before detailed drafting begins. This review tests the proposed bid strategy, key themes, buyer requirements, solution positioning and available evidence to establish a clear direction for the response.
First full draft or storyboard review
An early-to-mid-stage review focused on question coverage, response structure, messaging, evidence and gaps, allowing meaningful correction while there is still time to develop the content.
Rigorous evaluator-style review
A detailed review of the near-final response from the evaluator's perspective. Responses are assessed against the stated evaluation criteria, requirements and available scoring methodology to identify weaknesses, unsupported claims, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Executive sign-off & final quality check
The final review before submission, focusing on executive approval, compliance, consistency, formatting, document completeness and submission readiness.
Blue Team → Pink Team → Red Team → Gold / White Team → Submission
Quality assurance should not be left until the final day.
By reviewing the bid at defined stages, issues can be identified when there is still time to address them - from strategy and response structure through to final compliance and sign-off.
Clear issues. Clear corrections.
Depending on the agreed scope, you may receive practical review outputs that make recommended corrections clearly identifiable.
Marked-up comments
Comments identifying issues and recommended changes within the draft where appropriate.
Compliance checklist
A structured checklist covering the relevant requirements and submission obligations.
Issues log
A record of weaknesses, unsupported claims, gaps, omissions, inconsistencies and actions requiring attention.
Revised response
A revised version of the response with recommended corrections clearly identified.
Compliance & QA FAQs.
Answers about review stages, scope and what a compliance and QA review can establish.
When should QA take place?
QA is most effective when it is built into the bid process rather than treated as a single final check. The Blue, Pink, Red and Gold / White review stages can be used according to the size, complexity and timetable of the tender.
What is a Red Team review?
A Red Team review examines the near-final response from an evaluator-style perspective, checking how clearly it addresses the stated requirements and available evaluation methodology. It does not predict the buyer's final score.
Do we need every review stage for every tender?
Not necessarily. The appropriate review stages depend on the tender's complexity, value, available time and internal resources.
Can you check a tender that your team did not write?
Yes. Compliance and QA can be provided as a standalone service for tenders prepared internally or by another provider.
Does a compliance review guarantee acceptance by the buyer?
No. We can review the submission against the documents provided, but the contracting authority or buyer determines compliance and evaluation outcomes.
Can supporting attachments be included in the review?
Yes, where included in the agreed scope. This can cover schedules, forms, policies, certificates and other required tender attachments.
